Vindö 45 – 1986 – a lovely sailboat, better than many newer ones

Vindö 45 is a sailboat 10,3 meters long. The figure 45 indicates the square meter of sailing area, not the length in feet, which is nowadays common. - This sailboat was for sale this year (and last year) at the boat exhibition Öppet Varv at Orust 24-26 august 2018. Last year the asking price was 695 000 kr and this year reduced to 495 000 kr (~ 50 000 Euro), which is more in line with prices on this boat, see for example boatagentsweden.com (three boats there with prices between 375 000 – 625 000 kr). The boat is cosy, but there is no rear cabin in a boat of this size, which makes a big difference (this one is better, but have a higher price: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhwjyTTgecw). Btw one should make such a movie with wide-angle lens, a mobile camera is zooming in a little automatically.
