Vidal Herrera is the man behind 1-800-Autopsy, a business the retired crime scene investigator started more than 25 years ago. Inside his Los Angeles business he and his team perform autopsies on the deceased who’s deaths are a mystery - or when loved ones simply want to find out more than what police tell them. In his 40-year career, Herrera, nicknamed ‘The Dead One,’ has assisted with more than 19,000 autopsies.
