If you’ve seen my other video on how I raised funds to buy the house then you know for a fact I hinted it wasn’t a smart investment. Well here is the reason why I regret buying my house.
Apparently 64% of millennials aged 25 to 40 are facing regrets after buying a home, I have no idea. Unfortunately I’m part of the 64%.
My biggest regret is biting more than I can chew. Real estate is a long term investment so it’s important to be strategic about it. Buyers remorse isn’t just on material things, lol it applies to real estate properties. As a first time home buyer, it’s even worse.
