BRISKET BRITTLE: It’s peanut brittle, except without the peanuts and with brisket instead.

RUTH’S STUFFED FRIED TACO CONE: Take a fried corn tortilla cone and add two scoops of cilantro rice. Add a scoop of black beans, then perfectly cooked barbacoa. Add a scoop of pico de gallo and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with jalapeño sauce. Top it off with a lime wedge!

TEXAS EASTER EGG: In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, add mixed cheddar cheese, add brisket, add bacon, add green chili, add jalapeño. Add Tex mex seasoning. Mix it all together. Roll into an egg shape. Dip it in egg yolk and roll it in bread crumbs with Italian seasoning. Deep fry. Decorate with Easter Egg colored ranch dressing.

FUNNEL CAKE BACON QUESO BURGER: Two funnel cake "buns" are fried to a golden crunch and topped with powdered sugar. Then they’re placed on either side of a freshly-grilled burger patty, crispy bacon, and gooey queso.
