Everyone has mental health, and it can fluctuate from good to poor. Good mental health is not necessarily just the absence of a diagnosable mental illness. You can be diagnosed with a mental illness and still have good mental health, and likewise you can not have a mental illness and still have poor mental health.
In this video, we go over what good mental health is, things that someone with good mental health will likely be able to do, signs that someone may be struggling with their mental health, and tips for taking care of your mental health.
