Putting Oliver through the thick’s and thighs or my kind of workout, though simple and well explained but very intense and take a lot of endurance.
Started off with the Basics; warmups as usual for enough blood flow and lubrication of joints especially the rotator cuff.
Followed by basic set of hitting the rear delt which is always being ignored by many.
Combination of drop sets and supersets to wrap up.
