In the "ten fetters" there are these two, which seem to be quite the same. But even if they are just synonyms, one of them (Self-View) is entirely conquered by a Stream-Enterer (the first of four stages of Enlightenment) and the other (Conceit) is entirely conquered only by an Arahant (the fourth and final stage of Enlightenment). So, what is the difference?
