Well, it doesn’t only sound difficult, it is difficult. But we think we cracked it. The video shows you how to do it, using old fashioned emulsion techniques from traditional sausage making, combined with the excellent water holding capacity of texturized Meatless ingredients for excellent succulence and juiciness. You can use flakes based on fava beans or rice, your choice. The result is a next step vegan sausage which is better than most currently on the market. We use natural whole foods only, based on grains and legumes and at a low level of processing. We do not use high pressure or high temperatures in our processes (no extrusion), which means a low use of fossil fuel in our processes.
