How Much Does It Cost To Furnish A HMO ? My Suppliers REVEALED

Lots of DMS asking me to recommend a furniture supplier for HMO’s so today I run through exactly who we use as well as the costs involved in furnishing a HMO. Now its important to say its not cheap to set up a HMO but once its up and running, you are golden for cashflow in my experience. So what does it cost:

Bedrooms: 800-850 per room is about right
Kitchen: 1500-2000 is right depending on size of HMO obviously
Communal Area: 1000-1500 is going to get you a TV, Dining table and Sofa etc.

So we are looking at 6k ish to set up a 4-5 bed HMO all In!
