Grated Carrots 1kg
Milk 1 liter
Khoya 400gms (200gms will be used B/w cooking & 200gms for Garnishing.
Desi Ghee 1/2 cup
Cardamons 8 (open it then put in the Pan)
Sugar 1 cup
Peel carrots, wash it then grate carrots.
Boil the milk then put grated carrots in it (at this point slow down the flame).
Again give it a boil on high flame then Cook on low flame until the milk dries, when the milk completely evaporated then set a side.
Take a pan and pour half cup Desi Ghee in it (on medium flame).
Fry 8 Cardamons until it blooms then put it in the pot.
Simmer for two min. then add one cup sugar in it.
Mix well until sugar dissolves (on medium flame).
Add 200gms Khoya in it (on Medium flame).
Simmer for two min. (Don’t Over Cooked the Khoya)
In the end add 100gms Dry Fruits and simmer for 2min. on high flame.
Now its ready to eat.
Garnish with 200gms Khoya, Boiled eggs and Dry Fruits (if required).
