Assembly instructions for the Large and Grand Format Banner Stand Conversion Kit.

Here you see a JN5 Banner Stand with the JN5C Conversion Kit. The highlighted areas show where the Conversion Kit parts will be installed.

The Conversion Kit Base Plates will be crisscrossed with the JN5 Bridge Bases.

The two tubes with the holes at the bottom are the Conversion Uprights, and the other two are the Conversion Crossbars.
The remaining sections are the center support.

If you are installing the Conversion Kit on an existing JN5 or BN5 Banner Stand, you will need to first disassemble the unit completely, before proceeding with the instructions.

Let’s begin the assembly.

Step 1: Crisscross the Conversion Base Plate with the Bridge Base, then connect the bottom of the Conversion Upright to the Base Assembly using the Phillips screw provided.
Be sure to align the Bridge, perpendicular to the upright hole.

Step 2: Attach the Telescopic Upright to the Conversion upright.

Step 3: Assemble the crossbars by placing the Conversion Crossbar tube in between the two notched sections, then connect the crossbars to the Upright Assemblies using the threaded knobs provided.
Note that the graphic must be installed over the crossbars before connecting to the second Upright Assembly.
Before connecting the top Crossbar, raise the upright slightly so that the crossbar holes will be visible. To achieve this, simply rotate the upright collar a quarter turn counterclockwise to loosen, then a quarter turn clockwise to lock the upright position.
Once again, the graphic must be installed over the crossbars before connecting to the second Upright Assembly.

Step 4: Assemble the Center Support and place it in between the crossbars. Secure the support to the bottom crossbar using the attached knob. Then rotate the collar a quarter turn counterclockwise and raise the upright to cradle and support the upper crossbar. Rotate the collar a quarter turn clockwise to lock the position.

Your converted Banner Stand is complete!!
