A Very Tense Interaction Between Officers and a Man

During the final minutes of a High School football game, taking place on the UW-La Crosse Campus, police officers observed a male attempting to enter through the fenced-off area. As the man started to walk away, the officers claimed they had not confirmed identification nor had they ended contact with him. From that point on, the man was detained and issued a citation for obstructing a police officer.
